    How much do you think this effects lifting? Significantly, or no? Obviously drinking everyday will have a large effect, but what about drinking heavy only a few times a week? same for smoking

    I think that my friend taking 100mg a week might be mistaken to the actual dose, i think what he told me was 100cc's and im not sure what the concentration of that was but its supposed to be good. He did gain 20lbs, because ive known him before and after, but it was his first cycle. whatever...

    a lot of you are saying to do up to 400 mg a week. My friend is only doing 100mg a week (according to him, one bottle) and he is up almost 20 pounds and has a week left in a 10 week cycle. Im sure his stuff is quality though
