hey andalite i read ur post on the write up of the texas method http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/weight-training-weight-lifting/write-up-texas-method-545150.html..... i was wondering would it be a good idea if i followed that set up but altenate weeks say for example week 1 mon = squat bench power clean =wens= squat military press deadlift =fri= max on squat bench pull ups to failure= THEN on week 2 mon= squat miltary press rows or maybe even back to power cleans =wens= front squat or ligth squat bench press and deadlift =fri= max squat press and pull ups to failure??? would this be okay or no also i want to include assistance exercise but i dont want to over train, what assistance exercise can i include and also on what day, esspecially the assistance exercise for hamstrings like ham curls or stiff legged deadlifts, also what assistance can i do for the upper body? thanks andalite this means a lot man
