Started this run at 132kg, and as of this morning I’m sitting at 112kg. That’s a clean 20kg down in 8 weeks.

Been a bit quiet on the training and diet front as I’ve been sick for the past 5days. Despite that, weight is still trending down which is a big positive.

Still feeling really solid overall on Retatrutide. Energy is stable on most days, appetite is controlled, and I’ve noticed I perform way better when I actually keep food consistent rather than under-eating.

Another week in and overall I’m feeling really good on Retatrutide. One thing I’ve started to notice is that keeping a steady consistent diet actually works better than not eating at all. Early on I assumed the appetite suppression meant I should just eat as little as possible...
