    also, metroflex gym in arlington located on cooper st. its the gym ronnie occasionally uses, bleh. but they arent a shiny, yuppy kinda place and many powerlifters train there. it is always blaring metal, not many rules to speak of. a conducive environment for moving big weight IMO

    free food ownz. i cook most all of my meals at home but i dont think twice when offered free food. its usually a nice home cooked meal. id rather pig out on a big home cooked sunday lunch over fast food anyday. if someone says, "its on me", you better believe that i will be accepting the offer.

    yea man, at 6'1" 165, i think you could afford to gain a few lbs, about 30. when you get home for the summer, zone in that diet. buy a foreman grill and hone in those cooking skills
