help with tirzepatide/mounjaro for fat loss?
I’m looking to boost my insulin sensitivity and also lose some fat. I’m around 18% body fat. That is why I want to use tirzepatide. Would like to get it down to 12%. What would you guys recommend that I do from here? Should I go with 2 mg a week or should I hit it for 3 mg a week?- aismeki
