    Im 17 years old and I weigh 167-169, tha other night I benched pressed 3 45lbs plates 3 plates = 315lbs well is this normal for any kid or did I get passed now good genetics? , tha only supplement I use is cell-tech so can any1 answer this? Thankz Kev.
