Trying to bulk this winter
There you go. This isn't a thread about me wondering what I should do to put on weight, aor whether or not I need to take creatine, ect. I know what I need to do. Been lifting on and off for about a year and a half now...
Actually my whole left upper body is kinda smaller (I am right handed) and I need some suggestions on workouts with dumbells to help even it out. I was thinking curls, shrugs, ect ect. Might even need to do some work outs to even out the chest or concentrate on using the left side during bench...
