running at sub max at the moment coach has deload weights by 10% due to my rapid weight loss.
goal is to get body weight back up and then push things again, we wont be blasting anytime soon, next year after march well be blasting so for now lets get healthy and...
things are progressing under my new coach's guidance for peds and nutrition it's been a smooth and positive transition. The main reason for making this change is his strong powerlifting background, which aligns so well with my needs and makes the process feel effective.
