Hey guys I need a real body builder take on my first cycle. I competed last year natural but Im ready to roll with the big dogs. Im 5'7 weight 240lb , 20% body fat, 36 years old and Ive been training for about 10 years on and off. Whats a good cycle to start on. I read one of George books and he prefer Propionate over Cyp. Anyway whats a good beginner cycle?
