How do u make a log ? I eat a lot chicken beef fish I could be eating better though but I eat alot I train pretty hard harder on the days I'm peakn I realize I'm getting older I'm 41 car wreaks slowed me down a bit but im still lifting
Running Tren E @100mg 3xs a week
Test E 400mg 1x a week
EQ 300mg 1x a week
Proviron 25mg a day
Starting my 3rd week now of a 10 week cycle
What kinda gains should I expect? So far I got 5 lbs lean muscle and lost some fat
I'm 41 5'5'' 165 built well any advice I'd appreciate it
