Hey bro! The Achilles is coming along. I just got into a walking boot a couple of weeks ago. I can't believe just how much atrophy I got. My left leg is probably the size of my arm. It's definitely progressing though. I started putting more weight and trying to stretch the tendon more and more to gain flexibility; all in due time. I just can't wait to get my leg back to size. I keep on hearing it'll never be the same size again but I'm determined to make that happen. How are you doing lately??

Thanks bro. My back is pretty screwed though. I was doing ATG squats, I went down and right at the bottom I felt my back just give, so I dropeed the bar off my shoulder. I got an instant shock of pain down my left leg and my left foot went numb. Nailed the sciatic nerve with a herniated disk. I am going to the hospital tomorrow for an MRI. I can barely walk, and even that hurts. I've had the injury before, but not from lifting. This time it is teh suck.

its good thing your almost recovered completly... hit the weights hard... i hate being injured and going back to the gym ahha i feel like im back in gr 9 starting to workout again haha i feel so small and i might just one of the biggest guys there who knows hah
