Post cycle stats for bigAragorn...just call me Gainskeeper

well i have just finished post cycle clen and clomid and i must say i didnt seem too irritable or bitchy and the clen i will add is a wonderful drug!!!!!!

For those who remember i had ended my cycle 4 weeks ago with 27 pounds gained and was waiting to see if i would lose any weight and strength. The clen helped keep my intensity in the gym although this week has been weird.....a ten pound drop in most lifts....


The final stats are as follows with weight increase in the big three lifts

6'0 254 from 225 at around 11%--> i dropped to 248 but this week i weighed in at 254 and as low as 252 after clomid was done.

bench 275# for 4 reps --> 325 for 4 reps
squat 365 for 8 reps --> 465 for 4 reps
deadlift 465 for 2 reps --> 465 for 8 reps

the increase in strength wasnt as great as the increase in the capacity to withstand LARGE volume (my joints are killin me now).

so when it is all said and done i have increased a total of 29 pounds and i do not seem to be losing anything.....thanks to all for all the kind encouragement over this cycle and i look forward to the next.

yeah thats good.....it takes alot of work but i felt the clen really helped me out with being off.

this was my first cycle and i was hoping to keep 80% but it looks good to keep 100%

thats a tough question as i definately started way before i reached my genetic potential as i am 20 yrs old......

i dont know if i am past it yet and i guess i will never know.....

i am pretty large for 20, 253 pounds at around 10-11%, but i have alot of room to fill out......im like one of those guys who needs to be at like 280 to seem as big as say a Frank Sepe when he was young ( i mean proportionally speaking ).....i dont have tape so i cant give you a mental picture through measurements although im a little leg heavy as my quads grow way too fast....compared to biceps and tris.

Wonderful job, bro!! But, I don't think you're doing yourself justice. Big Aragorn, did all of this on LESS THAN 400mgs of Gear!!! 375mgs of Sust for 8 weeks and 350mgs of Prop for the last 4 weeks, if I remember correctly. 29lbs off 375mgs of Gear!!!
 
Oh yeah, why don't you share with us what a typical day of eating is like for you. Newbies pay attention! I might learn something my DAMN self!!!
 
Wow! That's a great gain... hopefully most of it sticks around... should be good if you keep eating, and training well...

what up bro....

i have toned it down a smidgeon when it comes to eating......but it typically consists of 3 meals before a workout.....usually eggs first and a protein shake followed by 4 toast and peanut butter and then usually any other type of carbs as a third meal.

post workout consists of glutamine protein drink and a few bananas and then a half hour later can of tuna on toast.

from here i get three to four more eatings in...... usually steak...and then eats at kelseys followed by a chicken pita at the pita pit.

it isnt unusual for me to eat 2 times within 45 minutes as i constantly feeding myself. In my personal experience the gains i made with such small amounts of gear could definately be contributed to diet---> eat a fuckload of food and training which is good because now when im off i should be able and have been keeping EVERYTHING!

clen is definately a great drug to run post cycle and i believe it is responsible for helping me keep the intensity i needed when my test was low....

day 1 25mcg
day 2-5 50mcg
day 6-9 75 mcg
day 10-21 i ran 100 mcg

i never drink coffee but decided to have an ice cappucino 30 mins prior to workout and man the caffeine and clen fuckin gave me and incredible workout.

i can imagine what you are talking about, i'm on fina/test right now and always drink some coffee before workout :evil:

i'll try some clem post cycle BTW

been busy with work and post cycle therapy bro...will be running my clen/l-dex next week...so with the added energy i'll start posting here much more...i'll be talking to you and BA soon...

Anyway, good job...you should post this on Anabolic Fitness...remember how they were saying that you weren't gonna gain shit off 375mg of test a week?

Clen is great, I'm sure you added a few lbs of lbm, and that's why you're 254 right now.

My advise is to run clen and liquidex for 3 weeks before your next cycle and train your arms 2-3 times a week during the short cycle

well bro, this was my first cycle but prior to that id say i had a good two years of solid training consisting of deads bench and squat to help me transform from a very VERY lean 175 to about 225. As soon as hockey was going no further i didnt give two shits that i was gettin bigger (theres a reason why Lindros at 225 and 6' 4 is the biggest you could probably be on the ice)......

Big Andy69 and Big Aragorn, I went to Anabolic Fitness for advice about my First Cycle. Needless to say, I came back to Elite. One "Vet" said I needed a minimum of 750mgs of Test, 400mgs of Deca, and 35-40mgs of Dbol a day for the first 5 weeks to see any kind of substantial development. Well over a gram of Gear my first time out!! I don't think so!!!!

I got flamed for the amount i was using....by the guys in the gym and alot of the vets on that board......its a quality board but they are a little too wrapped up in first cycle has to be the best so you gotta use more gear approach.

Well some people are hard gainers and other arent. Like myself, Ive killed myself for YEARS trying to get any kind of significant amount of mass and strenght, and didnt have much to show for it. On my first cycle right now with 500mg of Test, 400mg Deca, kicked it off with 30mg Dbol ED, and ending with 75mg ED of FIna and 75mg ED of WInny and have finally started to see some REAL gains. So far im up 25lbs, and for the first time in my life, Im as strong as I look!!! I know it seems like a bit of an extreme cycle for a beginner, but Im also the hardest of hardgainers (the endo-ectomorph - easy to put on fat, real hard to build muscle), and thus far i have not experianced any bad sides, save for some acne on my face.

hey...i understand totally and dont condemn anyone for the choices they make regarding gear use (amounts and what not) ....in fact i plan on working my way up to ome pretty high doses but that will come.....i just feel there is no substitute for hard work and eating habits.

hitmeoff: Dewd, I so completely understand your position. I am 2/3 the way through my 1st and man, I have learned so much about myself doing so. I was on sust e3d and dbol 30mg x 4weeks. Made some good gains but the next 4 weeks was flat as hell on sust only (583mg a week). Day after shot was real good but the next 2 sucked ass, I felt overtrained. Diet was on the numbers. I bumped it to eod with starting my tren and within 4 days BAM, back in the sadle. Some of us just need more. I think it's better to start low and creep up on the number that triggers you. Gonna go 13 weeks, long time I know but I am still growing and want to take advantage of it.

BA: I am going to do Clen based on your success with it, I have crashed hard of of PH (I Know) and need to think about that stuff. I thought 2 weeks was the limit on clen? how was 3? what do you think of clen/keto?
 
I knwo what you mean!!!

THe first 3 weeks of my cycle (Test/Deca/Dbol) were awesome, gained sooo much weight and strength. Week 4 and 5 didnt gain any weight, and strength gained seemed to slow, so I decided to throw in Fina, and bam! My strength started to soar again. WHen Winny cam ein, my strength went up ano0ther notch. The past 2 weeks though have been hit and miss in the gym, some body parts still show great strength gains (Tri's, Bi's, Back) and others seem to really slow (Chest, SHoulders), But im not upping the amount of anabolics, I gonna throw in a few more protien shakes everyday and see how that helps!

Im just about winding down with this cycle and have been VERY happy with it, I wish all first timers as much luck and satisfaction!!!

The clen was amazing post cycle and i cant say enough good things about it.....i wasnt planning on cycling it 2 on 2 off and what not as i was just using it in conjunction with the clomid...you may want to cycle it 2 on 2 off if you like but i decided not to....

as for clen/keto im sure there are others on this board that are more experienced as i havent done any reading on keto diets or even tried it yet for that matter......i believe kakdiesal has posted some literature about clen/keto....
