Pics so you believe im 6'4 300

you aren't obese at all. but 300 pounds? okay will take your word for it but i don't see how you could weigh that much from those pics. i would put you at 6 4 and 240.

you could just be one of those guys that weighs way more than they look. but anyway the scale doesn't mean shit in the end

Wrong forum bro

^Bingo right there.

Scale weight means jack shit

If you look at my profile pic (not my avitar)its close to the same type of pic as the OP posted. I'm 6'0" 235 there.

If the OP is 4" taller than me and you add about 10 lb per inch that gets you to a very believable 280 ish.

I'm not saying he isnt 300. Just saying. I know speaking for myself my body is very dense. When I was all the way up to 280 for about a week you would have never guessed it by looking at me. You would have guessed 250 probably.

Yes, from those pics I agree I dont look to weigh that much. But I do have fairly large legs and back.
Yes, I know scale weight means jack shit. I was 240-250 throughout high school....and trust me I wish I could get back there.
you guys asked for pics, so I put them up -- didn't have to do with my "scale weight"....
Guess I do weigh more than I look, but me at 240 would look like Dylan!

You need a new scale bro

Woot is 250 and way more jacked...

His scale could be off a good 10 lb. But it is believable. He is very dense. You can see it in the clearer pic. Plus you cant see his wheels.

When I was 270+ mine were 29" cold so that adds an assload of weight too. If the OP had chicken legs then yes...even with that upper body I would say no more than 250. But large legs could add and easy 30+ lb to the overall picture.

I have one believer!

back in the day in college (before juicin) i played DE @ 6'4 260....now I would most certainly play DT....

and like I said those pics are off cycle, on cycle my shoulders and chest literally blow up. So gimme about 4 weeks...Ill post some new ones, and be right next to the scale for you fuckers

Large back, large legs, even your trap shape...you look like a taller version of me.

300? I would have to see you in real life...that's a lot of weight..I'm 5 11 250 but I guess you are 5 inches taller than me

man when I ran anadrol and deca i was 315....lol

preciate it burn

but yes Woot I think people aren't accounting for how much weight you gain with height.
people certainly believe me when they ask me in person.

now how yall think this matches up with my next cycle:
Test e 500mg 1-14
Primo 800mg 1-14
Winny 50mg 1-4/6
Var 80mg 11-16

aromasin 12.5 eod during periods of no winny/var OR i also have forma

probably my tenth cycle. last one was 1000mg test e, 600mg deca, 600mg Eq, Winny and Var orals (sep times)

What's the point of this thread?

And Burnt-- I'd say you're in better shape. Ballslee -- you're a big dude, no doubt, so the last thing you need is more size from steroids. I'd say more lifting and a better diet is the way to go. You have the size and the frame. Time to bring out the shape, density and definition.

Why no aromasin during the win and var runs?

Didnt think it would be necessary. Should I?

Nelson that is my goal with this cycle. To shape, define, and sculpt. It is a cutting cycle so I'm not trying to add more size. I'm eating at a deficit right now, and carb cycling. Very clean.
With the cycle starting in 2 weeks, I plan to be in top shape and in great position to do so (in my opinion).

Primo is the best for eating at a deficit with preserving muscle (as I've read) and ramping up the cardio. So I appreciate your thoughts, but ur not convincing me that my mouse is not gonna take any more steroids.

Primo is thought of a "cutting" drug but ironically, primo works best on a very high protein diet. It doesn't really "cut" or burn fat, it just doesn't bloat.

Catabolism is way, way, way, way, overstated. You don;t lose that much muscle when dieting is you get enough protein and micronutrients.

Pic for pic yeah my body fat is lower.

Ballsee I am very interested in your primo results. Please do pics along the way. I don't know if I would eat in a deficit so much as I would just eat extremely clean and maybe a slight surplus while on cycle. As nelson said, primo thrives on an assload of protein. If you do sufficient cardio you'll be fine. I would also move everything in the 15 rep range and maybe up set numbers. Go for tons of volume to try and put on as much visual size as possible. I'm back considering a 600 mg primo run again for this summer.

Don't look 300 at all imo, but who gives a fuck. What do you have to prove to a bunch of half naked guys flexing lol

There's no way you're 300 lbs. I'm 210 lbs and I look bigger than you. I would say maybe 235-250 at most because you are a lot taller than me.

Bro, check my profile pic. I'm 235 and the OP is 4" taller than me. Plus he had huge legs not shown in his pic. Definatley possible.

He looks pretty damn small for 300 lbs. I train with 300 lbs arm wrestlers that dont lift weights and they look double his size.

I still don't believe he's 300 lbs.

There are UFC fighters that are 6'5" and look fucking massive and arent even close to 300 lbs...

Okay let me chime in..
This the reason why i say over and over again that height and body fat are the most important factor in how much you weigh and look. 6"4 300lb is not alot of weight for him and its totally believable, also he did not show his legs, legs alone could add over 30lb of body weight if they're big enough, he's fuking 6"4 and his bf is about 19%, if he was 5"8 and a bf at 8% he would be no more than 170lb, every inch adds 8lb of bodyweight, franco columbo was only 185lb and he looked much much bigger than he weighs because hes short as fuck..If you bring your bf to 8% you'll weigh around 240, which is still big but not crazy huge for someone whos 6"4..

^^^^ lighter you talk a lot about being low weight and looking bigger. i would be curious if you put up a recent pic of yourself at 160 pounds. i am generally curious to see what that looks like. i weigh right now about 197 at 5 6... and i'm about 13-14% body fat. if i were to drop to 175 i would look like a stick.. i just don't see it possible to have real muscle mass and weigh under 180 unless you are a midget. when i was an endurance athlete of course i weighed A LOT less, but i had LEAN MUSCLE.. not muscle mass.

my point is real muscle mass and lean muscle mass are two different things.

5"6 175 at a real 8%bf is Not stick, its fuking jacked.. Go look at tuan tran on youtube, he's 5"7, same heright as me and weighs 196 in his off season (around 12%bf) and 170-174 contest, and he's pretty big, also he's natural..
heres a vid of him: I dont see him looking like stick here and he's 1" taller than you, hes 5"7 180 in this video as he mentioned.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tMwErDzTgw

As for me posting pics, im not gonna do it, i have nothing to prove, i never said im fuking tank or anything, but at 160lb people think im over 190lb, i asked them to guess how much i weight and almost everyone said 190-200, its because im 5"7 and have low bf, when i was 220+lb, everyone thought i was jacked, but i was fat as fuk snd could hide my gut underneath my shirt and show off my arms and shoulders.. When you're wearing a shirt you'll look much much bigger with higher bf%, when you're ripped you look much smaller in a shirt but take the shirt off when you're ripped and you'll look much bigger, its all illusion..

I'm 5' 10'' 207 at 9% and I look half the size of guys who are 230

Thats probably because those guys are fat, and can hide their belly under their shirts.. Tell em to take their shirts off then compare and you'll seee you look twice their size, because fat makes the body shapeless and round.. low bf will make you look much bigger than you actually weigh, ofcourse without a shirt :)

I believe him. 6'4" 300 and lean isn't that hard to believe just because they don't show up here. Welcome to EF bro. Glad to have you here. Problem is we get so many 5'9" guys it's just out of the normal.

400 meter Sprint and Walk Cardio Program for Fat Loss by Tuan Tran - YouTube

i'm talking about 160 pounds, not this guy in the vid who is 180... when I compete this year I will have to drop to 177 and i've done that before and i definately lost mass and strength. i guess it depends on your goals, i'm not a physique person anymore.. i'm stuck between mass and strength. no way do i think that strength and having a gut is anything i would want to look like either. i do enjoy doing 3 plates on the bench and 4 plates on the squat and having 6 foot dudes come next to me and struggle with 2 and 3 plates though and its gonna suck dropping under 10% of fat and losing strength in the process.

but my point is no way at 160 you have much mass on you. lean muscle yes, but not large muscle mass. the guy in the vid does have good mass on him, didn't see his legs though but if they are as full as his upper body then that is a good look for guys our height. but no he isn't natural, of course he is gonna say that because he wants to sell his program to naive kids who want to look like him. $70 a month for his program LMAO. i can't believe people pay that to be spoonfed. what % of people who do his program or any of these bullshit programs online end up looking good.. less than 1%. if he is natural i am too :) he has a degree in kiniesology (wtf is that anyway?) from the university of houston, as if i'm supposed to be impressed with a degree from the worst state when it comes to education. i think you need to have a 2.0 to get into a texas college

hahaha.....no tats for me!
"can't paint over the mona lisa"
lol jk

I know I have some work to do fellas. Don't you worry Ill add more pics soon and make you believe.

Burn I will def keep a thread to update my primo run with pics. Think I may start in the next week or so.

I'll take the diet and training tips tho. Will up the protein and eat very clean (so tired of chicken and fish already!)
gonna up the volume too.

Ive been changing my cardio up:
5 days a week post-workout:
3 days - 30 mins fast pace walk @ huge incline
2 days - HIIT (working my way up to all 5 days here)
(any help here is appreciated...I also occasionally throw in stairmaster)
should i change this to AM cardio or PreWorkout Cardio??

I always try to do AM cardio on an emptly stomach. I would never do pre-workout cardio, so if I didn't do AM I would do post WO.

I'm 6'4" and when I was 240ish looked just as big as those pics when i was around 15% bf. My thighs hold a ton of weight. The smallest i toned down to we're 27" right now they are 29.5" and I'm at 260 and 20%~ bf. work has detained me sadly.

At 300 and 20% bf you're looking at 240 lbs of lean mass. If I had 35 lbs more of muscle on me I'd look bigger than OP. it's hard to judge. I know how it goes being tall but I'd put you more at 280 if you're 20% bf. definitely has the mass build though.

Looking good OP. no disrespect.

Okay thanks.
someone told me pre-workout cardio (only walking on an incline, not so much running) is good because your heart rate gets up, and stays at that ellivated state throughout your workout...which forces more fat loss.

I haven't tried this, but I did read that dylan does 1.5 hours of cardio before his workouts....so it could have some reputableness (if that is even a word)

im trying and trying to get up in the mornings for cardio.....seems about as viable as pigs flying for me, but I set the alarm every day to do it, just cant wake up. ONE DAY!

Walking at a mild incline for 10-15 min pre workout is absolutely a good idea. It's mote just to warm the whole body up and get the blood flowing everywhere and wake up your CNS. I'm not talking 130-140 bpm type cardio. Just brisk walking. You should be able to carry on a conversation during. I go like 10-12 min at 2 degrees at like 3.5 mph. Btw....on a treadmill you need to set the incline on 2 to have it equal walking on normal ground.

Okay, ill try that out. I was told go at 5% @ 3.5mph and try to get to 150 bpm. so similar thoughts on the subject.
when i do my HIIT cardio I have been getting between 170-180 BPM.

is 5 days of cardio a week enough? I can go up to 7 if need be, or even 2 times a day. but my main goal lately with it has been adding time. I got 32 minutes of HIIT yesterday, and having been trying to add 5 minutes every week with the ultimate goal of 60 minutes on non-workout days. 45 mins on workout days

I agree with you here. Try to join Led thread and there he says that he do moderate cardio before WO. He says by doing so, you supply enough oxygen to your muscles and keep the right heart rhythm. The thread is called "Led head Unleashed".

150BPM for pre workout warm up cardio is WAY overkill. Your just trying to get the CNS stimulated and blood flowing everywhere.

180 on regular cardio? How old are you bro? That sounds extremely high. I know for myself I'm 36 and my target BPM for High intensity cardio ie: walking at a 15 degree incline at 3mph is 145-ish. Even doing interval sprinting I never get above 165 bpm.

I mistyped here. i meant to say 170, but I honestly don't think that the machines work correctly.

but this could be ellivated due to preworkout/diet pills.
my blood pressure and normal bpm are all in the correct range, so im assuming its the stimulants or machine failure. When i do get that 170ish number tho, almost immediately it drops down while resting 10-20 bpm's. but yes that is sprinting, and after about 15-20 seconds of rest im back to 150/160 range
