You should collect...put a good scare into him. And if it's a blood from a stone kind of thing, I'd get even...fuck up his ride, his house...something. But don't just let him get away with fucking you over.

Indeed. Fucker is probably involved in some illegal scammer shit so I would go find him and threaten to beat his ass on the spot if he didnt fork it over. Then see what he does. Bet he doesnt call the cops for fear of being exposed

This. Walk right in there like you are king fucking kong, tell him if he doesn't fork over what he owes you on the spot, you're going to fuck his business up. He gives you attitude, pick up something semi-expensive and smash it....ask him if he wants to pay up or if he wants to keep playing this game.

I wouldn't tell them he agreed to take money under the table. Hell, the guy paid him $50. Hopefully glad has a record of that. If not I think he can probably prove that he made the ebay postings and did the work for them. He should just file a claim and get the DIR/DLSE involved. The guy will pay him.
 
Thing is, the better the advice, the less likely glad is to follow it. So you will likely get your drama thread. In all reality he will do nothing about it but bitch here a little.
