are police officers tested for juice?

hypothetically if one had the intentions of becoming a police officer while working through graduate school, and this person happened to be chemically enhanced, would this be a problem in the application process?

I considered an FBI career until I seen the application requesting that I be able to do a minimum of 70 push ups.

That is a lot for a tall lanky endurance runner type dude.

Yes, they tested someone i know....And hes been on the force for awhile...

From what I've seen it happens, with the military too but there generally has to be a reason. I've never heard of cops being randomly tested to steroids for no reason.

All levels of law enforcement in Washington State test for ALL drugs. Roids are considered illegal, therefore, you would not pass the screening process here. Check with the recruiter to find out whether they include steroids in their drug screens. It could vary from state to state, city to city.

Yes, they tested someone i know....And hes been on the force for awhile...

Someone must have made a complaint. They normally don't test for this. Too expensive.
