Well , Im going to be honest, I was one of the newbies that had the mindset of "not wanting to blow up". The longer I researched and hung out at EF, I realized that is stupid. But, for my first cycle I still wanted to go mild, just to see how everything works, so I ran an EQ/winny/proviron cyc. Gained around 10lbs over 14weeks. My new mindset now is that I want to get freakin krazy jacked, but obviously not bloated cuz I've always been a "heavy set" guy so I want to be lean as possible, but now I'm not going to worry so much about my weight, just worry about diet and losing BF while gaining some nice LBM. My next run will be test prop / tren ace at a moderate 50mg per day. I am hoping to blow my first cycle out of the water. How many bros went through this experience of not wanting to "blow up" their first cyc? its all about diet and im ready to get hugely shredded lol. Thats of course after I eat thanksgiving dinner ALL day thursday because I have 4 different places to go to
