Worth it?alone or with gw?is it all produced sc inject or pill available an wats the story with its effects on slow twitch fibres,does it simply create more or is it possible it converts fast twitch to slow which for me would be no good

I have tried it and it seems to help with my workouts.. i plan to use it more on my bridge though to save it.

not many guys on here have used it, mr supps started selling it so thats where i got mine from. so you know its good shit if mr supps carries it

Mr supps sells Alcar...is that the same as Aicar? I thought Aicar was injected.

Hello can someone clarify what a good dosage is for AICAR? I bought the 100 mg from greatwhite for my rats but i'm not sure what a good cost efficient dosage would be? Also what is the method of administration? Can it be consumed orally?
