Dude, you're full of questions! Your body will process as much as you put in--the question though is how will it be processed. Take in too many calories at once and you will definitely store much as fat. More than 30-50 grams of protein at a time will also not be used efficiently
and will be converted into fat. Glutamine in low doses will be eaten up by your gut which is not necessarily a bad thing it just doesn't help your muscles that much. Clen will reduce your appetite some. Slinger posted the "best supplement" and it was
flaxseed fiber. This is a good product and has a great deal of lignans in it which act as anti-aromatases. Plus it keeps you very regular--it's really good stuff.
