: : : I am not going to send you a sample either. You are not a potential customer
: : : and I really am not interested in obtaining your seal of approval. When it comes out on the
: : : market you can buy some and test it.
: : :
: : That's what I thought--no sample because you know what you have is bunk!
: :
: Go to hell. I have spent 6 months of my life working my ass off on this CLA.
: And I have to be insulted by a no one like you.
If you are that good you wouldn't be working for a nothing company like Osmo. Believe me if
you have done what you say you've done with the CLA then that tech. is worth some $$$$. I ask
again--send me a sample so I can test it. If it's real and not too much more than Pharmanutrients
then I will carry your product (see, I am a potential customer!)
:
: : : : OK, where is your manufacturing facility. C'mon now, if your real and your manufacturing
: : : : it yourself then where is it--your certainly not registered with the FDA!
: : :
: : : Central Illinois (that is as specific as I have to get). And it does not have to be registered with the FDA, I am making
: : : a health food supplement NOT a drug.
: : That's bunk. If your dealing in mfg. food substances then the FDA is involved--period.
:
: Well then I guess I am breaking the law.
If it's like you say it is then yes you are but I doubt what you say is true based on your track record!
: : : I guess you are the king Unique. So why bother begging for information from me like you were?
: : : You could have just gotten all information and more yourself, right?
: : No, I'm not the king and I have never claimed to be--I'm actually a very simple person. Beg?
: : who do you think you are. You and I both know that I never begged. I simply asked for some
: : assistance. You're the one with the paranoid attitude. I don't see anything original from
: : you--you simply search the patents and find something--big deal anybody can do this!
: Yeah sure. Then how come almost every novel thing you want to carry is something I introduced to bodybuilding.
: LPC, chrysin, androstene, norandrostene, ipriflavone etc. etc.
First of all, I knew about chrysin about 2 years before Duchaine even mentioned it. This is one of my specialty
areas of research--flavonoids. I just never got the time to pursue it. Now, I have or at least am making the time.
Ipriflavone? I'm not going to sell this although I can get it in bulk. The androstenedione I knew about but not
about the German patent so your partially right here. Pat, this is business--it's called competition. If you
had rock bottom prices and won over the loyalty of people with your product then you wouldn't have to worry about
anybody else. If your worried then COMPETE! How's that other flavonoid your working on coming along? (How did I know
about this?)
: What have you discovered that is novel Unique? You don't deserve that name. You should be called
: "Xerox" instead
Discovered--what have you actually discovered? Again you merely search the databases. Pat, this is really no big deal.
I can tell your a smart guy but nobody has stolen anything from you. In fact, you have xeroxed someone else's research
--you merely look for expired patents and reuse the tech. I applaud you for this because it's smart thinking but not revolutionary.
What have I discovered? HMMM--we'll just wait and see--let me start by asking you to look up calpains, find out what they do and then
decide what would happen if inhibited them. This is just the start.
UNIQUE/UNIQUE/UNIQUE :-)))))))))))))))))) Hey, don't be offended--I'm really a nice, easy going guy!
