2x2x2 off period, which exaple is better?

Please comment on the following 2 examples of the off period of 2x2x2.

Example one:

hcg 2000 i.u. every third day, 1 clomid per day

Example 2:

hcg 2000 iu evert 3rd day, 1 clomid evry other day.

Please state the usual mg sizes for clomid. Are there any different ones? if so how much should a 220 pound man use?
