HOW DO I KNOW 4 SURE THE RECIPTOR SITES ARE SHUT DOWN?????? please HELP

I have been on 2 cycles of meth without a break and seen a good lean gain of 10 lbws. I then went to Test right away without a break and seen nothing. Near the end of the Meth cycle I seenn no gain either. Are my Site shut. If anyone has had them go down let me know what happened. Thanks
