Ahhh Finally, For years I'v been seeing women bouncing around in aerobics classes looking like there about to drop, but if you even mention resistance training to them they look at you like your an idiot. I'm notting putting down aerobics mind you I just think women don't realize the truth about bodybuilding. I don't know exactly what you want to know but I can tell enough about Clenbuterol. Actually forget that, you can find out more on clen at www.elitefitness.com than any one could tell you. Just go to the main home page and look under the link to steroid profiles. It tells what clenbuterol is and whant it does. You might also want to check on the e/a/c stack (ephedrine,aspirin, and caffein). To do that either check the search engine (the link is at the top of this board). By the way clen doesn't help you get muscles it just burns fat (a lot of new people or under the misconception that it builds muscle but that isn't so.) Note: for every ten pounds of muscle you gain you burn an additional 500
to 750 calories per day, to sustain the that muscle. Also a resistance workout raises your metabolism for several days afterwards. If you have any more specific questions on losing weight, gaining muscle, and ect. Feel free to post, I don't know what else you want to know at the moment.
