Soak the neck in H20 or iso. al. to try and get the paper seal off intact. Next wash it out with bleach and rinse then with iso al and rinse with distilled h20 you now have a sterile container. You can try to superglue the cap back together and then the seal. I don't think this is necessary as they usually don't check open bottles. I would rub some rum or water ever into the neck and cap to try to cover up the smell if they opened it and you are that worried. You could also do this with olive oil bottles, however, I don't know the status of bring back an open bottle of any type of oil as it is a food product. (help here!) That would be the best way as the liquids would have the same consistency and smell! Anarchy in the USA!
