Last summer I was on a 7 week cycle of Plix. Put
on aprox 5-10 pounds using the following cycle:
1.Week 1--3: 1 pellet per day
2.Week 4-5: 2 pellets per day
3.Week 6: 3 per day
4.Week 7: back to one a day
I noticed no side-effects...yet.
