The DEA and FDA has no juristiction in Canada. Only the RCMP, provincial and municipal police forces. Americans think they are the only ones on the face of the earth. Also, the personal possession law isn't available on the web, it's too new and found only in revised editions of the Canada Criminal Code and the related updates.
