I was on the E/C/A stack for about three weeks, three days ago I got a little sick and yesterday I stopped taking the stalk. Today I went to the doctors about my cold and sinus problems when the nurse took my pulse she told me that my resting heart rate was 56 beats, she informed me that was a sign of good cardiovascular health. Now my question is, is it better to have a higher resting heart rate or lower? Because my heart is beating less does that mean that I am burning less calories? But most cyclists and runnners have low heart rates and they have little if any bodyfat? Whats the deal??? Sorry for the long post but everyone always complains when there isn't enough info. Thanks
