but personally I dont find Mu Huang nearly close to the

Most Mu Huang pill bottles say something like:
300 mg of mu huang is the herb equivalent of 25mg ephedrine
and 300 mg will be the size of your mu huang pill
while 25 mg is the size of an ephedrine pill
so...
1 ephedrine tab = 1 Mu Huang pill
BUT I personally recommened ephedrine anyday
and suggest looking harder it may be in: health food store
sports equipment store, or a pharmacy where it
is most commonly sold for athsma
(you dont need a presription just tell the pharmacist
your friend recommened ephedrine for your athsma and
if they have it theyll sell it to you with no questions)
GOOD LUCK finding ephedrine, I take it all the time and think its super!
