there is an article in the Canadian Criminal Code that goes like this: Controlled substances part 3, TRAFFIC: making,selling,exporting,IMPORTING, carrying or delivering a controlled substance out the this present law is prohibited. article 38
Art.39 (1) It stricly forbidden of doing traffic of a controlled substance presented or offered as it is
Art 39(2) The POSSESION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE to be used in traffic activity is forbidden
Art 39(3) : Anyone doing the above is in infraction and
A) can be jailed for 18 months
B) can be jailed for a maximum of Ten years.
