: Better to spend the money on more sauce or a good protein source. You need to eat like a monster while on the gear. A quality protein is a must to ensure your getting enough. I've tried all that other shit and thats just what it is shit. Designer Protein is pretty good, and Ripped fuel is good for cutting otherwise spend the money on the pharmaceuticals, you know they work. Oh yeah, "F" Bill Phillips.

Be careful with these whey protein powders on the market. Most companies are marketing a WPC which is
inferior and contains a lot of fat a carbs. Look at the nutritional specs--if it has ANY carbs or fat listed
stay away from it. I believe a good soy protein isolate is just as good if not better than whey and costs
