Do you mean 500mg/week of any given substance or do you mena 500mg./week of total substance. ie. 300mg Deca, 300mg. test., 300mg. Equipoise would be 900mg. total but you wouldn't have over 500mg. of any one substance. Do you consider this out of the danger zone, or is it dangerous becuase it's over 500mg total?
