Bear in mind that thousands of people use insulin preparations [multiple times] every day. It's not the instant death drug 'most' people will make it out to be, but I will say its' use is much more... complicated (involved?) than AS.
Many people wish to keep insulin use-knowledge 'hidden' because for most people it's the only effective legal 'grey-market' drug available. So of course, there's a lot of info in MM2k about it.
