: This is exactly the type of cycle that Dr. L. was saying is the most effective. He says that the world class sprinters have been using this type of cycle as well. I posted an "ATTENTION DR. L." to see if Dr. L. could give some more details, but he hasn't been on the board in a while. I was wondering if anybody has Dr. L's e-mail address. I know that he posted it for everybody, but I didn't happen to save it. I would like more info on this type of cycle, too. ANARCHY!!
