Short cycle with mild A.S. ?

Short cycle(Al&w8lifter ,Uniqe) with the milder A.S. like Primo,Andriol,Winny and Deca make this sense?
Deca is a long acting A.S.,I know,but what is with Primo&Andriol
for a short cycle ?
