You gotta be careful with the info recieved over the chat and hopefully you haven't already dosed.
B-12 is an Intramuscular(IM) not Subcutaneous (SQ) injection.
You should also measure the dose by the micrograms (mcg's) per ml not
just by cc's due to the fact that manufacturers use different dilutional concentrations.
1cc could contain 100 mcg's of B12 or it could contain 1000 mcg's.
Go only by the mcg's not cc's/ml's, GOT THAT !?!
Also the body excretes unneeded B-12, so if your taking more than you need your just pissing it out.
B-12 is like H20, it's good for you and serves a protective function but any more than necessary just goes down the drain.
