little poppa from the decrease in size from this mishap.
I'd like to know your stats (original size) if you
lost 2 1/2" in 6 months. That's a lot and must be \
psychologically devastating. However in answer to your
question, stay away from the a.s. right now. I recommend
some chiropractic treatment as I know of someone with
a similar situation. You won't like this but neural
repair takes a lot of time so reduce your training regimen
to not irritate the situation more and get the chiro treatments
going. If your doctor won't tell you anything, get a new
doctor! Get another opinion! This could be a serious
condition so don't play around with something so sensitive.
I can't tell you much more with the lack of info. here from
your post but at least this may give you some direction to
get things on their way.
