A simple blood test with your doctor will show you your level. What have you done naturally to solve the problem??? A.S. are not get big quick and easy like the TV shows report, it still takes alot of hard work, diets, etc... You may even want to try a shake containing Creatine, Amino Acid, and (a catch-all product like) Hot Stuff II, three times a day.
