What part of Mexico are you going??? The best advice is to start off with asking your taxi driver and tipping him well. Cab drivers are the gurus of whats happening and where, from girls to A.S. When you get to that little mom & pop pharmacia, always show respect and be nice. Don't tell them some bullshit story that it's for your dogs and you race them, they'd heard it all.
