I tried Cyt twice to prevent gyno. I think it was helping but I had to stop using it (only 1 per day) because it made me feel like shit. I was lethargic and dizzy all day. I know it was the Cyt because I stop taking them and felt fine than started again and felt like shit. Very hard to make it through a workout. Not worth it.
