I need advice on this...
Not long ago, shattered my right femur in a car crash. Since the bone fragmented,
rather than broke evenly, a cast was not not an option. I had a 30cm titanium
rod implanted in the bone (from my hip to knee) which is held in place by screws.
It's quite ugly on a X-Ray.
The question:
Would anabolic steroids hurt or help the bone and muscle healing process? I started
working out again (mainly upper body) and I can walk most of the time without a
cane. My recovery has been rapid according to the surgeon.
What do you think?
