: : : Is that dick wad Bill Phillips really putting mostly dairy protein in his Myoplex Plus? Actually, whey is a dairy protein (I think), but I mean is he putting in mostly regular milk protein isolates inead of the ion-exchange whey he says he is? What a fuck! I should get to bone Monica Brandt for all the money I've spent on that product, thinking I was getting the best. I think I'll go back to Met-Rx for when I use a meal replacement powder. Oh no, don't tell me that's shit too. Please don't. Actually, if it is shit, tell me. I want to know some more info on this. How did you find out what's in it? Also, what exactly is in it, and do you know what's in other stuff, too?
: : :
: : Most MRP's are NOT made with the highest quality protein.
: : Most MRP are made with some kind of cheap caseine type milk protein, NOT whey.
: : You would be better off getting your OWN whey protein, then adding a bit of
: : Flax (for EFA's) and a carb of your choice (honey, dextrose, whatevah).

: : LBM

: I agree. Most MRPs get most of their protein from Calcium Caseinate and other dairy products. I'm using designer now and have it with some baby oatmeal, good complex sodium free carbs, not maltodextrin which is a sugar. I bet bill phillips uses six packs of myoplex per day, thats why he looks so smooth.

It wouldn't surprise me if Bill Phillips uses Designer Whey. He looks so smooth
