I havn't heard of anything different for females
taking the CAE stack (except you can ignore all that
prostate stuff). I take on most difficult lifting
days (squats and deadlifts) and sometimes in morning
if I have a morning fat burning aerobic workout.
Are you a heavy coffe drinker? If so or if you take
CAE for a while and get desensitized to it, then add
one half grapefruit and green tea to this stack.
On days I take the stack, I take at 7AM and about
every 3-4 hours with no doses after 6pm. I also
drink alot of ice cold water until about 6pm. Some
people also add ginger and cayene to the stack.
Dont add any extras to the basic CAE stack until
you start getting desensitized to it.
Glad to hear that you are completely natural. I hope
you never give in to the pressure to win and begin
using the juice. It looks "freaky" on a man, but it
looks kinda sick on women that look like men. Kim
chezefski or whateverthefat her name is could have
placed pretty well in the men's olympia and no one
would have known she is a woman (well sort of a woman).
As a woman, have you tried DHEA? It will be a mild
boost to your own natural testosterone levels.
Might help your muscle mass and cutting efforts but
I'm not sure. Beware- might also give you another
"boost" on top of the yohimbe boost (ahem!)
