I,m about ready to start my first cycle of test ethanate. I have been working out for
4 years. My present routine is 1 hour/day M-F in the following order;
M chest-abs T back-calves W shoulders/traps/abs TH legs-calves F bi's-tri'
S & S off. I plan to remain on creatin and 1 gram pretein per lbs bodyweight
(I am currently 215 at 6-3) Is once a week per body-part enough to get the
most out of the cycle? This is probably the only cycle I will do in the next few years
since it was next to impossible to get the gear I have. I need to make the
most of it.
