Hi,
I am a Boxer who turned pro that want to gain about 8-10 lbs to reach
Light Heavyweight for higher purses$. I have injected testosorone (1.5 c.c's a week)
and have actually lost weight. I feel good, but i can't seem to build muscle.
My daily routine iws morning roadwork (20 minutes medium paced run),
1-2 hrs. a day Boxing(skipping,sparring, heavy bag), and 1-2 hrs a night
lifting weights.
What am i not doing? Am I burning this test out? I eat 3-4 times a day with
lots of protien. Please help
