I know that in my home state of Oklahoma, it is a city by city thing. Two cities that I know sell with no questions asked are Edmond (north of Oklahoma City) and Enid (1 hour northwest of OKC). I realize that many of you will not be visiting the "great state of Oklahoma" anytime soon, but if you do, pins are an easy commodity.
