All right, you asked so I'll tell. In answer to your
questions, yes I used to compete but don't anymore.
It's expensive to do, there's no money in it and it's
such a politically subjective outcome that it kinda
leaves a bad taste for me. I've got trophies from all
kinds of things that I have no idea where they even
are today and I don't show them off so I don't want
or need any more.
I have done some personal training but don't do any
at this time. Having 3 other businesses on the side
takes up a lot of time. As it is I wake up at 7 a.m.
to hit the gym to get my workout in so I can face the
day knowing I accomplished my priority and anything
after that is just adding icing to the cake so to speak.
You bet I still train seriously. I really like the
program I am on now. I only go 3 X per week and only
hit one bodypart per week. Day 1 is biceps, back and traps.
Day 2 is legs (if a workout will make you go into bodyshock
and want to throw up it's this one.) Day 3 is chest, delts
and tri's. A workout usually only lasts 45 min. or less.
I have a training partner and we kick each other's butts
to get the job done. We also vary our workouts so it's one
week HEAVY and two weeks lighter and higher reps.
Unless we're on the gear then it's just balls out heavy all
the time.
I'm genetically ripped which most guys hate about me.
I love sexy women with big breasts. My interests outside
the gyn are beaches, scuba diving (it's hard to find gear
that's XXXL though) doing singing/speaking engagements
reading (everything from medical info. to spirituality)
and most importantly just trying to enjoy life and have
fun with it.
Hope this gives you a good profile. If there's anything
else you want to know, post away.
Bigcanuk.
P.S. Less than 2 weeks before I can start using capital
letters in my postings again!!!!
