I had quite a day today to say the least. First, I got a call this morning from one of the chemical
companies that I FAXed. They quoted me an AWESOME price on 7-hydroxyflavone. Guys, this is an
highly respected flavonoid manufacturer. 7-hydroxyflavone is actually more potent than chrysin
and I am getting a 50 gram free sample to try. I will be carrying this in several weeks for
about $120.00 for 250 grams--read it and weep!!!!! Then, being the ultimate type A personality
I couldn't be satisfied with the situation with the whey. Got talking with a company which I
believe I might be able to get the whey packed in 10 pound bags. Furthermore, I can probably
get it sweetened or flavored and all for about the same price as before--this company is doing
me some big favors so that I can get started. This company can also blend several types together,
I can offer intantized egg protein, and I can get powdered soy milk (super high quality) for those
who want to stay away from dairy (which I'm considering). How does all of this sound? I need feedback
because I am just a little bit overwhelmed right now with indecision. WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO (JUST KIDDING)!
Anyway, there's lots of options--I can offer a lower quality (like Designer Whey), a medium quality (a mixed
product) or a super high quality--or I can offer several of these but remember I have to watch offering too
many products so I don't get too overloaded. Price is obviously affected with varying quality!!!!! Also, I can
offer REAL meal replacement with REAL ingredients. Oh yeah, this company can package the protein in individual
serving pouches in about a month but I don't have pricing yet--who's interested? Back to the meal replacement--
this should be able to be done pretty cheaply and with exceptional prices. I talked to another industry expert
today who informed me that it is worse than what I even reported on. In fact MOST of the meal replacements
on the market are nothing but total JUNK. He said they tested many and found that a lot didn't have much or
any protein in it--basically an expensive SlimFast!!!! Believe METRX is not what you think it is--enough said!!
You would be better off consuming a "meal" of a protein shake with a good swig of flax oil than go down the
meal replacement route. Also, I found a source which has tribestan powder in bulk--its the EXACT same
powder used in the tribestan tablets. Instead of 55.00 bucks for 60 tabs, I could offer 60 tabs for like
15 or l20 bucks!!!!! I am getting some info on this stuff but according to the pharmaceutical company which
pioneered it, it works not by estrogen inhibition but through a sterol called fucanosterol. A complaint he
said was that is raised estrogen levels up accordingly. If this is true, a tribestan/7-hydroxyflavone combination
might be quite nice!!!! Let me know who wants the tribestan product! Still working on accessing androstenedione
and norandrostenedione so be patient. Anyway, must be going so:
Keep up the fight!
