I'm four weeks out from my big day right now. I'm currently at 6% bodyfat but am pretty damn smooth. Anyhow, I just realized tht this bullshit product called Myoplex is mostly dairy protien. So I switched to Designer. Anyhow, does anyone know what types of food wont smooth you over? I'm eating mainly Designer, Chicken breasts, eggs/egg whites, Gerber baby oatmeal, and lots of veggies. Could anyone recommed a post workout carb that wont cause smooting, right now, after training I have 3 scoops of Designer and a banana. Also someone held a gun to my head an has been putting 200mg of Primobolan in my butt, making me take 12 Clen a day, two on, two off, and they also force feed me some Dexenfluramine capsules every day. So will someone help me to get rid of this smoothness, I really don't want to look like Bill Phillips.
