That is the million dollar question. The answer is
to do whatever works best for you. It's important to
keep records of what you did and what gains/side effects
you get from whatever you do. I've seen some cycles
do things that you wouldn't believe because they were
so unorthodox but they were well planned with the guys
who knew what works for them.
My personal opinion is start low, go up fast, mix
a couple together if you want and taper back down.
More importantly is the post cycle gear. No use putting
it on if you just lose lots of it. The gains keeper
report comes in right there. Keeping the maximum amount
of gains is what it's all about.
What's more important is to do what your body likes.
