Sustanon 250,real????

Hey folks.
I have got hold of some sustanon 250,but I have never seen
it,until now.
It`s a clear 1ml amp.and its white letters on it.All its on it, is:
sustanon 250mg/1ml Nile Co. The liquid is a bit yellow.
If someone had some information on this,I would bee glad
too hear from you.
