Perfect. You are the perfect candidate to take juice. Good luck. Please keep us posted on the great gains that you make in your three week d-bol cycle.

My girlfriend, who is natural, has gained a little more mass than you in the last three years, so as she plateaus out, and my training advice fails, three weeks and she's over that plateau, PERMANENTLY.
Or maybe it just doesn't work that way. Oh well, I'm taking my 230 lb body off to the Boston Marathon. I cannot run real well, haven't taken more than 5 minutes off my 26 mile time, but I'm gonna blood dope for this one. Should get me over that darn plateau.
